- 1 package (14 oz) Oreo cookies (about 36 cookies)

- 2 tbsp cold milk
- 12 oz Cool Whip, divided
- 2 (3.9 oz) packages instant chocolate pudding mix
- 3 1/4 cups cold milk
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Crush the Oreos. Toss the whole cookies into a food processor and pulse until you get fine crumbs. (No food processor? A zip-top bag + rolling pin works too!)
- Make the crust. Mix Oreo crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish. Pop it in the fridge while you do the next steps.
- Whip up the cream cheese layer. In a bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, sugar, and 2 tbsp milk until smooth. Fold in 1 1/4 cups of Cool Whip. Spread this creamy goodness over the crust.
- Mix the pudding. In another bowl, whisk together both pudding mixes with 3 1/4 cups cold milk. Beat for a few minutes until it thickens up. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
