You know that one Halloween treat everyone secretly loves but pretends to roll their eyes at? Yup — candy corn. Now imagine it swirled into a creamy, dreamy, melt-in-your-mouth white chocolate fudge. This Candy Corn Fudge is smooth, sweet, and just the right amount of kitschy-cute.
Perfect for October parties, neighbor gifts, or sneaking bites while binge-watching scary movies. No candy thermometer needed, and no fuss — just three layers of festive fun. (If you’re a fan of easy fudge, you’ll also love my Cookies & Cream Fudge and Pumpkin Pie Bars.)
✅ Quick Tip:
- ✔️ Use good-quality white chocolate chips — the cheap kind can seize or turn grainy.
Ingredients
- Base:
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Colors:
- Orange gel food coloring
- Yellow gel food coloring
- Topping:
- 1/2 cup candy corn (plus extra for garnish if desired)

Instructions
1️⃣ Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper, leaving a little overhang to lift out later.
2️⃣ In a medium saucepan, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over medium-low heat. Stir constantly until smooth and fully melted. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and salt.
3️⃣ Divide the mixture into 3 bowls. Leave one plain (white). In the second bowl, stir in a few drops of orange food coloring until you get your desired shade. In the third bowl, add yellow food coloring.
4️⃣ Working quickly (fudge sets fast!), spread the yellow fudge evenly into the pan and smooth. Next, gently spread the orange layer over the yellow. Finally, spread the white layer on top.
5️⃣ Sprinkle candy corn on top and gently press them in.
6️⃣ Chill in the fridge at least 2–3 hours, or until firm.
7️⃣ Use a sharp knife to cut into squares. Wipe the knife between cuts for clean edges.

🧁 Serving Tips:
- Arrange on a black cake stand for Halloween party flair.
- Wrap squares in wax paper and tie with twine for adorable gifts.
- Add to a dessert charcuterie board with cookies and caramel corn.
🍬 Creative Variations:
- Swap white chocolate for milk or dark (note: layers won’t be as vibrant!).
- Stir in chopped pretzels for a salty crunch.
- Use vegan white chocolate and coconut condensed milk for dairy-free fudge.

🕷️ Troubleshooting:
- Fudge is too soft? Chill longer, or use slightly more chocolate next time.
- Colors blurred? Work quickly and let each layer set for 5–10 minutes in the fridge before adding the next.
- Grainy texture? Use high-quality white chocolate and melt gently over low heat.
🧊 Storage
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
- Freeze (layer parchment between squares) for up to 3 months. Thaw overnight in the fridge.
