1️⃣ Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper, leaving a little overhang to lift out later.
2️⃣ In a medium saucepan, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over medium-low heat. Stir constantly until smooth and fully melted. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and salt.
3️⃣ Divide the mixture into 3 bowls. Leave one plain (white). In the second bowl, stir in a few drops of orange food coloring until you get your desired shade. In the third bowl, add yellow food coloring.
4️⃣ Working quickly (fudge sets fast!), spread the yellow fudge evenly into the pan and smooth. Next, gently spread the orange layer over the yellow. Finally, spread the white layer on top.
5️⃣ Sprinkle candy corn on top and gently press them in.
6️⃣ Chill in the fridge at least 2–3 hours, or until firm.
7️⃣ Use a sharp knife to cut into squares. Wipe the knife between cuts for clean edges.
