Ingredients
1
sheet frozen puff pastry
thawed
1
egg
for egg wash
3
oz
dark or milk chocolate
chopped or in bar form
Optional: powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 350°F.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out puff pastry just enough to smooth the folds.
Cut into 4 squares, then slice each square diagonally into triangles.
Place 1-2 tsp of chocolate near the wide end of each triangle.
Roll up from wide end to tip (like a crescent), and tuck the tip underneath.
Brush with beaten egg.
Air fry at 350°F for 8-10 minutes until golden and puffed.
Cool slightly, dust with powdered sugar if desired, and enjoy warm!
Notes
Chocolate sticks (like baking batons) work beautifully.
Want it extra gooey? Add a few extra chocolate pieces inside.
