Air Fryer Nutella-Stuffed Pastry Puffs

Ingredients
  

  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry thawed
  • 1/3 cup Nutella
  • 1 egg for egg wash
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Prep pastry: Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface. Cut into 9 squares.
  • Fill: Add 1 tsp Nutella to the center of each square. Fold into triangles and seal edges with a fork.
  • Chill: Place in fridge or freezer for 5 minutes to firm up.
  • Air fry: Brush tops with egg wash and air fry at 350°F for 8–10 minutes or until puffed and golden.
  • Dust & serve: Let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.

Notes

  • No puff pastry? Crescent dough works in a pinch!
  • Want it extra crispy? Give the tops a second egg wash halfway through.
