Candy Corn Parfaits

Ingredients
  

  • 1 3.4 oz box instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple drained
  • Orange food coloring or a mix of red + yellow
  • 1 tub whipped topping like Cool Whip
  • Candy corn or sprinkles for garnish optional
  • Clear cups or parfait glasses

Instructions
 

  • Make the pudding: In a mixing bowl, whisk together vanilla pudding mix and cold milk. Let it thicken for 5 minutes.
  • Divide and color: Divide pudding in half. To one half, stir in crushed pineapple (for the yellow layer). To the other, add orange food coloring until vibrant.
  • Layer the parfaits: In each clear cup, spoon in the yellow pineapple layer, then the orange-colored pudding, and top with whipped topping.
  • Garnish: Add a few candy corn or sprinkles on top for fun.
  • Chill and serve: Refrigerate for 1–2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • You can use homemade whipped cream if preferred.
  • Serve in mini plastic cups for parties.
  • Add a candy corn layer between pudding for extra flair!
