Make the pudding: In a mixing bowl, whisk together vanilla pudding mix and cold milk. Let it thicken for 5 minutes.
Divide and color: Divide pudding in half. To one half, stir in crushed pineapple (for the yellow layer). To the other, add orange food coloring until vibrant.
Layer the parfaits: In each clear cup, spoon in the yellow pineapple layer, then the orange-colored pudding, and top with whipped topping.
Garnish: Add a few candy corn or sprinkles on top for fun.
Chill and serve: Refrigerate for 1–2 hours before serving.
Notes
You can use homemade whipped cream if preferred.
