Frozen Yogurt Bark

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 –2.5 tbsp honey or maple syrup adjust to taste
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract if using plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup strawberries sliced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds optional

Instructions
 

  • Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix yogurt, sweetener, and vanilla if using.
  • Spread the yogurt mixture evenly (about 1/4 inch thick) onto the parchment.
  • Scatter the fruit, granola, and chia seeds on top. Gently press down with a spoon.
  • Freeze for 3–4 hours, or until solid.
  • Break into pieces and store in a freezer-safe bag or container.

Notes

  • Swap in dairy-free yogurt for a vegan version.
  • Try kiwi, mango, raspberries, or even dark chocolate chips for fun twists.
  • Bark can melt fast! Eat it straight from the freezer.
