plain or vanilla Greek yogurt

–2.5 tbsp honey or maple syrup
adjust to taste
1/2
tsp
vanilla extract
if using plain yogurt
1/2
cup
strawberries
sliced
1/2
cup
blueberries
1/4
cup
granola
1
tbsp
chia seeds
optional
Instructions
Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix yogurt, sweetener, and vanilla if using.
Spread the yogurt mixture evenly (about 1/4 inch thick) onto the parchment.
Scatter the fruit, granola, and chia seeds on top. Gently press down with a spoon.
Freeze for 3–4 hours, or until solid.
Break into pieces and store in a freezer-safe bag or container.
Notes
Swap in dairy-free yogurt for a vegan version.
Try kiwi, mango, raspberries, or even dark chocolate chips for fun twists.
Bark can melt fast! Eat it straight from the freezer.
