Instructions
Make the custard: In a medium bowl, whisk together the key lime juice, condensed milk, sour cream, and lime zest until smooth. Set aside.
Prep the crust layer: Mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until evenly moistened. Set aside.
Make whipped cream: In a chilled bowl, whip the cream and powdered sugar to soft peaks. Keep cold until ready to use.
Assemble the parfaits:Spoon a layer of graham cracker crumbs into the bottom of each glass.(Optional) Drizzle a bit of melted white chocolate over the crumbs for a rich ganache touch.Add a generous spoonful of lime custard.Repeat layers as desired, finishing with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of lime zest.
Chill: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
No key limes? Regular limes work just fine.
Want extra tang? Add a splash of lime juice to the whipped cream.
