Monster Marshmallow Pops

- 12 jumbo marshmallows
- 12 lollipop sticks or colorful paper straws
- 1 cup candy melts green, orange, purple, etc.
- 1 tsp coconut oil or shortening optional
- 24 candy eyeballs
- Sprinkles or icing pens for decoration
Insert a lollipop stick into each marshmallow and set aside on parchment paper.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the candy melts with coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Dip each marshmallow into the melted coating. Gently tap off excess.
Immediately press on candy eyeballs and sprinkles while the coating is still wet.
Stand upright (use a cup filled with rice or Styrofoam block) and let dry completely.
Optional: Add monster faces or details with icing or melted chocolate.
