Instructions
Mix: In a large bowl, combine the shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until everything is well coated and sticky.
Shape: Using a small cookie scoop or your hands, roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
Coat: Roll each ball in extra shredded coconut for a snowy finish.
Chill: Place the balls on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
Optional: Drizzle or dip the chilled coconut balls in melted chocolate for extra indulgence!
Notes
For a neater shape, dampen your hands slightly before rolling.
Keep chilled until ready to serve—they hold their shape best when cold.
