Ingredients

  • 2 cups 180g shredded sweetened coconut, plus extra for rolling
  • 1/2 cup 120ml sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Optional:

  • Melted chocolate for drizzling or dipping

Instructions

  • Mix: In a large bowl, combine the shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until everything is well coated and sticky.
  • Shape: Using a small cookie scoop or your hands, roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  • Coat: Roll each ball in extra shredded coconut for a snowy finish.
  • Chill: Place the balls on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  • Optional: Drizzle or dip the chilled coconut balls in melted chocolate for extra indulgence!

Notes

  • For a neater shape, dampen your hands slightly before rolling.
  • Keep chilled until ready to serve—they hold their shape best when cold.
  • These freeze beautifully for up to 2 months!
