Oreo Truffles

Ingredients
  

For the Truffles:

  • 36 Oreo cookies 1 standard 14.3 oz package
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened

For the Coating:

  • 12 oz semisweet or white chocolate chips or melting wafers
  • Sprinkles or extra Oreo crumbs for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Crush the Oreos (cream and all) in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  • Add softened cream cheese and pulse until fully combined. The mixture will be thick and sticky.
  • Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 20–30 minutes to firm up.
  • Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Using a fork, dip each ball into the chocolate, tap off excess, and return to the sheet. Top with sprinkles or crushed Oreos while wet.
  • Chill until set (about 15 minutes). Done!

Notes

  • Use a cookie scoop for even-sized truffles.
  • If chocolate is too thick, stir in 1 tsp coconut oil to thin.
  • Double the batch — they disappear fast.
