Ingredients
For the Truffles:

Oreo cookies
1 standard 14.3 oz package

cream cheese
softened
For the Coating:

semisweet or white chocolate chips
or melting wafers
Sprinkles or extra Oreo crumbs
for garnish
Instructions
Crush the Oreos (cream and all) in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
Add softened cream cheese and pulse until fully combined. The mixture will be thick and sticky.
Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 20–30 minutes to firm up.
Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Using a fork, dip each ball into the chocolate, tap off excess, and return to the sheet. Top with sprinkles or crushed Oreos while wet.
Chill until set (about 15 minutes). Done!
Notes
Use a cookie scoop for even-sized truffles.
If chocolate is too thick, stir in 1 tsp coconut oil to thin.
Double the batch — they disappear fast.
