Base:
3
tablespoons
unsalted butter
1
10 oz bag mini marshmallows (about 4 cups)

Rice Krispies cereal
Decorations:
Halloween sprinkles or nonpareils
Candy melts or white chocolate

Mini cupcake liners

Instructions
Melt Butter & Marshmallows: In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add marshmallows and stir constantly until melted and smooth.
Stir in Cereal: Remove from heat and quickly stir in the Rice Krispies cereal until evenly coated.
Shape Bites: While still warm, use greased hands or a cookie scoop to form 1- to 1.5-inch balls. Place each one into a mini cupcake liner.
Decorate: Drizzle with melted candy melts or white chocolate, and immediately add Halloween sprinkles.
Set: Let cool at room temperature for 20–30 minutes until firm.
Notes
To avoid sticky hands, lightly grease your hands with butter or spray oil.
Add candy eyeballs for a “monster bite” look!
